The ALTO Customer Success Specialist

Serves as the primary contact for stores and  acts as a liaison between key community stakeholders. This field-based position provides regular on-site support to retail store teams and works in collaboration with ALTO’s legal team.

As an integral community member, the CSS also builds strategic partnerships and organizes community events to foster collaboration and safety.

This position is ideal for those with a background in retail loss prevention, asset protection or investigation. Additionally, this role is suited for individuals with strong customer service skills and who are driven by a passion for serving communities.

The ALTO Legal Team

Drives ALTO’s mission to create safer communities by expertly navigating retail crime cases through the judicial system. Leveraging expertise in criminal justice and local laws, they advocate for retail crime accountability and ensure that retailers receive the necessary support.

As victim advocates, ALTO’s local legal team members attend court proceedings and law enforcement meetings within their communities, guiding store teams through the complex judicial process while offering case visibility and critical support, especially when testimony is necessary.

This hybrid role requires exceptional multitasking and collaboration skills, ideal for those with a passion for criminal justice. By championing victims, our legal experts bring meaningful change and reinforce ALTO’s commitment to community safety.
