March 1, 2024 — ALTO is pleased to announce a significant leadership reorganization aimed at elevating excellence and support within our U.S. operations and across the ALTO Alliance.
Effective today, Lourdes Saldana, who has served as Director of Operations for the West Coast, is stepping into the role of Regional Vice President for the West Region. Simultaneously, Sofia Rosende, formerly the Regional Vice President for the West Region, will transition her vast experience and leadership to oversee operations in the East Region.
These leadership changes mark a significant milestone in ALTO’s continuous effort to create safer communities across the nation and provide them unparalleled service.

Lourdes Saldana, who has been with ALTO US for nearly 5 years, brings expertise in operational strategy and management to her new role. Similarly, Sofia Rosende, with 11 years at ALTO, including 5 at ALTO US, transitions to her new role with a deep understanding of the company’s purpose and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve outstanding results. Their leadership is expected to drive innovative solutions and uphold ALTO’s mission of safer communities.
